It's this day of the week again: Sunday!
Time for our Sunday brunch.
Here's what the menu will include this time:
-Freshly-squeezed orange juice for your vitamin C intake.
-"Breakfast" quiche: with eggs, feta, tomato.
-Paprika soup: what you need when it's chilly outside!
-Dill dip and spicy aubergine-tomato paste-cayenne pepper dip, to spread on freshly baked bread.
-Greek yogurt: we don't repeat this because we're out of ideas, but because it's so popular.
-Coffee balls: crumbled cookies, powder sugar, walnuts, cacao powder and cinnamon, soaked in espresso coffee, then shaped into small balls and rolled in shredded coconut.
-Last but not least: coffee or tea.
